I graduated from the Specialty Desserts And Breads program at S.C.C.C. this fall, and I literally have not taken my degree out of the envelope more than just to check to make sure it's real.
I'm not an English major or even a very good English speaker at times despite it being my first and only language... But I do have dreams and they are lofty ones; spend more money on food, cook more, eat more, try new foods, and just about anything else that goes along with making me smile.
So be prepared, and pre-warned this could be a rough ride but some good recipes may just come out of it!
